We've used Pro One Builders for multiple (5+) projects at our house in the western suburbs of Chicagoland. Those projects include finishing our full basement, deck cleaning and painting, concrete step removal in our garage and near our front door, professional painting in multiple levels of our house including using scaffodling for high entry way, full kitchen/powder room/butlers pantry remodel, and hardwood floors throughout our main level along with wall removals. Along each step of the way for these projects, Pro One has been a pleasure to work with. We continue to come back to them for projects at our house due to their ease to work with and high quality of finished work they provide. We couldn't be happier with what they've helped transform our house into over the years and highly recommend them to any friends and neighbors that ask us about the beautiful home improvement projects that we've completed at our house. 10/10 would recommend.

Built on Craftsmanship.
Driven by Excellence.
Pro One Builders Group was built on a belief that exceptional remodeling requires more than skilled tradespeople — it requires a team that genuinely cares about the outcome. Bogdan, the company's founder, spent over 28 years mastering every aspect of residential construction before establishing Pro One Builders Group as the premier design-build firm serving DuPage County's western suburbs.
From the beginning, the focus has been on the homeowners who trust us with their most valuable asset. We work in Westmont, Hinsdale, Downers Grove, Burr Ridge, Darien, La Grange, Clarendon Hills, Western Springs, Willowbrook, Indian Head Park, Willow Springs, and Elmhurst — communities where quality matters and reputation is everything.
With 500+ completed projects across the western suburbs, our services span the full spectrum of premium residential remodeling: kitchen renovations, bathroom renovations, basement finishing, whole-house transformations, and custom home additions. We also provide expert painting, fine carpentry, large-format tile installation, and premium flooring — all delivered under one roof by a team that takes pride in every detail.
The design-build model is at the heart of how we work. When design and construction are managed by the same team, the result is seamless. There are no miscommunications between an architect and a contractor, no surprises when plans meet reality, and no compromises on the vision you started with. You work with one team from the first conversation to the final reveal.
Bogdan is personally involved in every project. He sets the standard, holds his team to it, and stays accountable to every client. That level of ownership is rare in this industry — and it's exactly why our clients return for their next project and refer their neighbors without hesitation.
Pro One Builders Group is a fully registered and insured general contracting firm operating in the greater Westmont area. We take the professional and legal responsibilities of this work seriously, because the homes we build in deserve nothing less.
